Front camera on my 2022 4 Runner Limited Camera has quit working. Was able to get in the service menu (hold down menu on screen and cut lights off and on 3 times) and it does say Front Camera Error but could not find any option to reboot? Anyone else had this issue or suggestions what to check? I inspected the wiring harness and everything looks good.

    Thanks

With it being a 22 , not sure if you still have warranty left. But it's most likely going to be the camera module itself or the headunit firmware. And with the headunit picking up the other cameras, I'd start at the camera itself by putting it in the birdseye view like your picture and getting a multimeter and checking to see it the front camera plug is getting power or not.
