If you are talking about the wheels in the picture you have, you have 17" TRD Offroad wheels that have a silver face and black back. This wheel was offered on the TRD Offroad 4runner from 2014-2024 so those are not factory 20" limited wheels.

The 2010-2013 Limited 4Runner came with this wheel

Yes, the TRD wheels I have on now are recent purchases for summer tires. My 20" were on the vehicle when I bought it, the previous owner could have but newer 20" wheels but I see way too many used 2010-2013 with the 20" with black accents to think they all swapped them out.

Here is my 18 Limited. Had a local body shop remove the running boards and trim the rockers. Next step is to remove the front valance and trim the front bumper to just below the sensors.

Looks good. I think some might appreciate a closer look at the rocker panels, preferably from a lower vantage point...

Black door handle covers, aftermarket grille, rear emblem 4th brake light gets rid of the cheaper looking chrome. I haven't worried about lower trim. It ties in with the lug nuts around the bottom. I reinstalled the running boards after jacking a bit. They were free and cheap to bend first and I'm old and getting hard to climb. I'm reassessing lowering an inch. I don't mind a little chrome. I don't like the chrome bumper strip on the newer Limited. I believe there's a black bumper to delete the front. I think I have seen one.

I just wanted to be different. I didn't want to be another white 4runner with TRD wheels. Now I wish I had the TRD wheels or correct offset wheels anyway. No wheels I like come in a 4runner offset.

OME 2883s front springs, Bilstein 5100s, 0.5" Energy isolators, top strut setting.

Freedom offroad rear springs +2", Energy suspension rear overload isolators like the factory, but polyurethane 0.5" .

Adjustable sway bar links and universal Energy suspension bump stops. Much cheaper than 4runner specific parts. You can convert your sway bar diameter to SAE and use universal brackets and bushings also. I believe $22. The rear is more expensive and model specific, but I converted my metric diameter to SAE and bought universal kits for about half price or less. If you are wanting specific metric, always get the slightly bigger bushing diameter. The bracket will close it up. I thought something like bump stops where stupid priced for all the are. Being 4runner specific elevates the price because they think you have arrived driving a 4runner.

Digital calipers and a test light are good to have. 4runner models have different diameter bars and with calipers you don't have to ask or guess.

You are way over my head with your in-depth knowledge. I am hesitant to lift as you increase stress on key components such as ball joints, control arm bushings, cv joints, etc. May have same shop that trimmed the rockers now trim the front number which will only improve approach angle. With 9.6” clearance that’s enough for me.

If you want to level it, just use 1" spacer in front and go from there. It doesn't add that much stress. My ball joints are greasable now. As much as it looks lifted, it doesn't seem that much different underneath. It seems more apparent at the fender openings than actual distance underneath.

My Limited has lower plastic trim and running boards is my drawback. As long as I can get one wheel on the approach and turn into it I can get my front over usually.
