Help identifying phone mount

anyone know what brand phone mount this is. It came with my 4runner. Its double stick taped to the radio bezel,it's a ball swivel style and I think magnetic but can't find anything online.

I’d love to know how this holds up. Especially the stick-on magnet that would be stuck to the Otter Box.

 

I have used these types of mounts for years. Never had any issues with the stick on magnet adhering to the phone case. Have done it with Otter Box cases and various others. Works really well.

The actual mount that sticks to the dash generally have held up well also. A couple of times I've had to reapply 3M double sided tape, but that has been after several years in each instance. With a strong enough magnet on the dash it is a convenient solution. At least for general city and highway driving, haven't ever tried it with any off road situations.

 

Yeah,I'm curious myself since the mount is already in my 4runner. The car mount seems to be stuck pretty securely. Was going to try and get the metal plate to match but wasn't sure how well it would stick to my otterbox case

 

Whoops, mis-typed above. What I meant to write was I have never had any issues getting the thin metal plates to stick to the back of various phone cases. And they stay stuck really well.

 

I believe the magnet is in the dash mount, and the phone case gets a steel sheet. Otherwise it'd wreak havoc on credit cards in your pocket.
