4Runner drive problems

    1996 silver 4Runner SR5
    I bought my 4Runner a little bit ago and have only road driven it once. I went to drive it this morning and when I put it in drive nothing happened. I revved it to 1500 rpm’s and it moved abt 5 mph. It has reverse and works great in L4 but 2H and H4. Don’t work. Please let me know what I need to do! Thanks!
