Hi all, my runner has 202,000 and hasn't had anything done to accept change oil every 5,000 miles

Welcome to the forum from North Carolina,
initially thought to suggest checking front and rear diffs and transmission, But on second though the trans service would probably open an entirely new can of worms if nothing has been done as of yet on 202,000 miles.

Wow-lots of miles. Hopefully your coolant and power steering lube has been changed a couple of times.I would make them first priority. Then grease the U-joints. A failed steering rack(old lube), failed headgasket (old acidic coolant), or broken drive shaft (failed U-joint) can prove very expensive.
Your tranny is a bigger concern. Maybe start by opening the fill plug and suction out a few ounces of fluid to examine. After diagnosis of the fluid squirt it back and install the plug.
Or just keep driving and junk it if anything stops working.
