Adding a 1/4 spacer to the drivers front to correct the lean (as I was posting about the drivers rear spacer yesterday, lol). Pictured is the threads I have out of the top to attach the flange nut to. I think this is plenty of threads, but I was just questioning myself as I was putting on the flange nut there wasn't much showing above the top of the nut, like at all. Now, I have 2 different flange nuts available, each different depths.

Do I have enough threads to bolt to, and is there any advantage of one flange nut over the other?

Depending on the strength grade, I would assume either one would work. I wouldn't worry too much about the threads protruding through the nut. The amount of threads being gripped is more important. Torque it to spec and you can always put some of that anti-movement indicator on it.

Too many to list & Worth every penny!
I would use the one on the left. It looks OEM and a lot more robust that the grade 5 nylon insert nut.
That’s the suspension application I would not use that nyloc nut on.

As for the threads, as long as you have enough thread engaged as the diameter is, you are good to go. Then any more is just extra, it doesn’t have to stick out the top.
Example: 10 mm bolt, 10 mm nut thread engagement depth.

3 or more threads to grab is good

Yes you're fine. Those three nuts are together supporting the same weight as the shock center shaft nut, so there's plenty of safety margin. The weight being "hung" is the unsprung weight of that corner - wheel, tire, knuckle, brake rotor, caliper, etc. when the suspension goes to full droop.

Use the aftermarket nut on the right because it has a nylon threadlocking element. Toyota OEM fasteners are liable to loosen when exposed to the increased vibrations off-road.
