Will a Limited painted grill work on a Sport?

After I bought my 2006 Sport I wanted to change out the grill - I started out with the stock chrome grill, which was an aftermarket and had broken tabs. I then bought a TRD grill, also aftermarket, and the fit is a bit wonky. I’d like to go with an OEM grill, and found a genuine OEM paint matched grill from Toyota for about $200. I’m ready to pull the trigger, but I’ve read that the Limited grill may not be an exact replacement for a SR5 or Sport models, anyone have any input on this? And if any, what is the difference?

I was thinking about buying an aftermarket "limited" grill for mine and just leaving it the matte black.
