Has anyone ordered form ICS-FAB?

I ordered a dash mount from them back in early July. Before ordering I sent them a question on their contact page, and they answered almost immediately. I was really impressed with their CS. Soon after I got an email saying my order shipped, and I got USPS tracking info.

Now it's been over 2 weeks and the tracking number still says "shipping label created, awaiting package". I reached out to them just to check up on it since I've had 3 packages lost by USPS in the last few months, but they have not been responding.

Does anyone know if they have a phone number or email address to reach out to? I've submitted two of the help tickets already and it's been way more than the 24 hours it says it takes them to reply. I'm not in a rush to get the package, it's just that with how shitty USPS is it's likely that it got lost.

 

The ICS guys are cool. They usually respond quickly, so hard to say why you haven't heard back. Try messaging them on Instagram if you have an account. I've gotten responses on there to different inquiries.
