What is this sensor next to the refrigerant sight glass? I had to rewire it, it had a makeshift wiring job I cleaned up. The top looks like it has cracked insulators, not sure if that is a bag thing - can the plug be replaced?

Looks remarkably similar (sans the connector shell) to the pressure switch on my on-board air set-up.

If you disconnect the shell from the sensor do you see two 'blades'? If so you can replace that shell with separate crimp-on 'female' spade lug terminals sized (AWG) for the conductor size.

Pressure sensor for air conditioning. (Looks like high side).

I’m sure you can get the proper pigtail for it. Look it up for your year, and “high side pressure sensor pigtail” for the air conditioning. Maybe substitute harness for pigtail.
