I’d like to pick the brains of 4Runner sleuth in this chat.

the rear hatch window will not go up completely. When I press the button all the way up, it will start going up and as it reaches the top, it slows down and then it comes back down. Like if something was obstructing it. But there’s nothing there. Any thoughts on why this is happening?

I don’t think it’s a fuse because it has power going to it. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

The slowdown is probably making the window think there’s something in the way and back off - that’s a safety feature required for windows with auto up. check inside the channels for any obstruction and maybe wipe down the channel/hit it with some silicone lubricant.
