moonroof interior cover? for 1998 SR5

I have a 1998 SR5, it has a what I have been told is a 'moonroof' as it does not open and only stays closed. It is smaller and more oval than the standard opening sunroof is.
My question is what is the interior headliner cover panel for it,where can they be found?
Everything online I have found through search after search is only for 'sunroofs' and their sliding square headliner cloth cover panels etc. There is no info,model/part number for the permanent closed moonroof version.
I can not find any cover panel part even through Toyota dealership parts websites. Again everything is just for sunroofs and their expensive sliding covers for specifically them.
This moonroof at the dashboard facing side has two interior plastic molded brakets attaching the widow itself connecting it to the roof rim. At the rear side is a metal bracket mounted to the moonroof's interior frame in the middle centered. It is a metal bracket with two tabs on either side about 3-4 inched apart with holes in them. I am assuming there has to be a headliner cloth cover panel that fits up in there the exact molded shape of the moonroof.
Having some kind of handle/latch that attaches it to this mounting bracket so one can remove the cover panel at times when they don't want the moonroof covered from inside.....but alas I have found nothing online.
Asking to see if anyone knows anything about it.
