used 4R to drive the kiddos to FirefighterPark, next to the station, hall #4.
then we stopped for nuggets for what they call Mr. Donald’s.

Ok, I think I get it

 

Drove the 4Runner to the local watering hole and it turned into a 5th Gen meet-up.

 

Molsons & Coors

 

Drove mine to lunch and then the shooting range with my daughter who is visiting for the weekend. Finally got to shoot my new MAC 1014. I forgot how much high brass buckshot kicks.

 

I washed it.

 

Drove to a car show.

 

packed up the fam, drove 15 miles to the next town for ice cream from the Courthouse Creamery.

 

Went up to camp for a night in an area I hadn't been before. 10 miles back on a forest road to some yellow post camps. Neat area.

 

Drove the 2018 to fill up with Ethanol Free Gas.

 

Drove to the liquor store for adult beverages so I could enjoy this today. 91°, feels like 98°.

 

Drove The 2011 to a Farmer's Market, then to the gas station to fill up with Ethanol Free Gas.

 

The closest ethanol free station to me is an hour drive away, I wish we had one closer.

 

Used it to bring home some 7 gallon yellow swamp star anise, in a couple years they will be a nice hedge blocking the view from our screened porch.

 

Drove the 2011 to the gym with my wife.

Pizza, gas, park

 

Filled up the 2011 with Ethanol Free gas and then drove to Whole Foods.

 

Hauled the “cookout box” and three dozen freshly-baked biscuits to work, on the way to a “back porch breakfast” for my crew.

Sausage biscuits, fried bologna (aka: baloney), and some cantaloupe.

 

Omg…..
Fried bologna … I can’t stomach that. Maybe if I was starving

 

I hated it as a kid. I’m not the biggest fan of it now, but my crew likes it, so I’ll cook it for ‘em.

 

Nothing at all wrong with fried bologna...if you grew up with it like I did. But I'm from the south, so it's a thing, or at least was when I was a kid.

 

Mustard or Mayonnaise?

 

Yea, I’m from the south and it was a thing when we were kids. Parents had to feed the younguns.
But, I didn’t like it then but I ate it because, if you didn’t eat what was served, you didn’t eat.
So, I make the food choices now and that’s not one of them. If you like it, more power to you and you can eat my share.
Oh, you do know what’s in it don’t you?

 

Mustard. Mayo is slightly nasty to begin with, and gets worse in the hot southern summer sun.

We did a cookout breakfast back in the spring… across the grills we had bacon, sausage, and bologna. We figured we had the entire pig represented there.
