When i cold start the engine I'm getting a rough idle where it sounds like a tractor. As soon as I get on the gas it goes away and runs smooth with normal sounds. Inspecting the engine the sound is coming from the back left and I found this mating plate was decoupled. What is the name for this part and is this the likely cause of the rough idle?

Upon further research I narrowed it down to the EGR system, however i cant seem to find any specific part numbers for the plates that connect the EGR valve through to the vacuum hose. Any chance someone has the part number or an extra one lying around? I would delete, but looks like a pain to have to replace every 2 years here in Ca to pass smog.
