I’ve detailed the truck a couple of times since I got it in April, but there still seems to ‘stuff’ stuck in the little holes. Is there a special trick to clear those little holes in the bottoms of the seat? Or special tool to pick at it without damaging seat. TIA

compressed air blower with a shop vac
i use the shop vac and hover it over the seat with left hand and use an air blower on my compressor in right hand and basically blow at a 45 degree angle over the seat, and into the shop vac
this typically gets pretty much everything out of the seat and cracks and all.
this is also the best way in the world to clean cloth seats after you soak them with an upholstery cleaner, blow with the blower and suck everything up with shop vac, works wonders

I have one, I wonder what would be wrong with just gently
    pushing it through the hole?

Gel is a great idea. Using that thought I had a roll of Flex Tape ( you know the stuff they advertise on TV) I cut a SMALL piece off and pressed it on the problem, bingo lifted it right out of the hole. It left no residue on the seat as I think it would not stick to the leather protectant I had on the seat. Thanks for the thought Pentangler.
