Wipers Won’t Work

Hey everyone. I have a 2019 4Runner and when I start the car the wipers wont turn off. Then they might stop eventually or turn again randomly.
And the wiper fluid will not spray.
I have checked the fuse.
I have disconnected the battery to reset.
I have replaced the entire Wiper Switch unit at well and nothing has worked so far.
Any ideas?
Before I take it to the dealer and open my wallet lol.

More than likely the wiper motor “park” switch has failed or the wiper relay is stuck.

When that happens on a stuck or shorted relay it will make the wipers never go off. It’s 1 of the 2.

or obviously it could be a short to power in the harness somewhere

I’d check relay, and then wiper motor power and see what you got there. Are you handy with a volt meter
