Rear Liftgate window won't operate

Hi All,
2011 SR5 4runner
Rear window quit operating, the operator assembly was toast
The motor was pretty corroded so I replaced that
I've reinstalled the operator and motor and have the window half up and half down which is the best location to install the 4 bolts that hold the window to the operator
The window lock is off, all side door windows function
I'm not sure which fuse or relay controls the rear window?
Is there a manual way to get the window up?
The rear door key cylinder is frozen, I have been shooting wd40 in the key hole but no success yet
