Got my Credit card statement today and found there was a $1500 charge from Taco Vinyl so I contacted them and told them about the charge and that I had not ordered anything from them. They were very helpful and said they would track down the charge and get back with me in a while. In just a couple of minutes she called back and said there was an order under my name for a c4 bumper and battery tray. I had been on their site looking at the bumper but never looked at the battery tray. I told her that they needed to cancel the order and reverse the charge in my credit card. I asked if it had shipped yet and was told it hadnt even been oedered from c4 yet. The agreed to reverse the charge but said there would be a restocking fee. That's where the conversation turned. You're going to charge me 150.00 for a fraudulent order on my card to restock something you have not even ordered from the manufacturer yet . Had to call the credit card company and have them deal with it, cancel my card , wait on another one, but they said no worries I will get the total amount taken off my account.
Just be aware, pretty shady business practice, I won't do any business with tbem.

Did you ask what address it was shipping to?

I wonder if your card company could trace the IP address.

Dang it... I didn't do the research before!

Well, I ordered the heritage grill 4 weeks ago, very soon after I got the info my order is on the way incl. tracking number. Six days later, UPS still wasn't in possession of my package. So I shot them a friendly request ( we're all humans, mistakes happens) No response but my package got finally on the way. I received it 7 days later, no need to complaint so far. But I noticed, doing the installation, that the some of the clips are in the wrong spot and the oem bracket, that I transfered by instructions, doesn't fit 100%. I contacted them friendly again and a week later still no response.
I don't expect them to go above and beyond but no response at all...
Well, I thought I should share this experience with you guys. Not saying it's a bad company or bad products but the communication definitely needs work!
