What have you done to your 5th Gen 4Runner today?

I'll take some tomorrow bro. I'm wiped out. Today really beat me down.

PRO-OFFROAD Bolt-On style fender flares. I have a love hate relationship with them.... They turn dull black and require some TLC like tires to keep them black. I am looking into getting them line-x or something

 

Driving it to work for the first time in almost a month. I have missed it.

Here are a few pictures of it in low-light/dark. I’ll take more pictures later of it in direct sunlight. Oh, and driving to work I got over 21MPG! Yeaaaaaaaaaaaah!!!

I hated that rental car so much. I will say this, driving that rental for almost 4 weeks really made me appreciate my 4Runner that much more.

You aren’t a real OCD’er until you’ve labeled your label maker. Which I have, because my OCD gets outta control a lot of the time.

 

What do you use the hook hitch for?

 

Its primary use is to wreck the front ends of Chevy Cavalier’s.

 

I label stuff because I can’t remember where I put shit , my doc says it’s part of the aging process.

 

My Doc said something about memory as we age, but I can't remember what it was.

Should we be concerned about what you do with that big black trailer hitch?

 

My eBay-special Mini VCI cable arrived so used that with the IH8MUD copy of Techstream 12.

It worked like a charm. Can't speak for it's diagnostic utility (I told it that my 4Runner was a 2018MY, the newest in the list) but I can now open my windows remotely, via door keyhole (the rear window doesn’t join them though) and no more seatbelt chime.

 

Can we say that Loco has a BBH now? Lol

If not good luck finding them.
I can't find my label maker so I'm completely screwed.

 

Removed roof rails, just to be different. Perusing 4runner parts on Amazon at two in the morning came across an OEM delete kit sounded like a good idea at the time.

 

Also added some Flavor to the back

 

New wheels today. 17x8.5 ModCo M71’s

 

Installed 6.5in pillar lights, slight vibration not constant… wow!
Lasers ! They are actually a spot flood combo
Top of that ridge is approximately 3 stories and the distance is about 60/70 yrds

My cords and hoses stopped her before the wall did.

 

Is it my eyes or does that last picture show wayyy different red? Almost like a MS paint match a color... like there's a clear transition from rear quarter to bumper at the line
