Bumper Brackets

Well my ownership journey has reached the biggest issue thus far, however its really not even that bad

i am replacing my front bumper. i pulled the old one off to find that someone had JB welded one side of it to the bumper bracket for some reason. whoever did it hid it well. honestly not a huge deal. but the bracket now cant be used

i ordered two on carparts.com but i need them ASAP. anyone know if any auto chains carry these in store and im just not looking in the right place? ive got the other bumper back on and gorilla taped in spots in the interim

also will these brackets i ordered come with screws?

 

Probably won’t come with bolts. That’s been my experience with parts. They assume you have them. I highly doubt oreillys or any other place would have the brackets
