    hey guys,

I’d like to install a Pro grill on my 19 trd off road. I’ve got the parts but don’t have the lower valance and don’t think it will look right with a silver part.

How do remove the lower valance to paint it...or do most paint it on the car? What are you guys using...semi gloss krylon?

    Thanks...new to the group

3/1.5 ToyTec Leveling kit, TRD Pro front/rear valances, CBI rock sliders (on order), BFG All Terrain TA KO 285/70/17, 40% windshield tint, 35% side window tint, ceramic coated exterior, spydertrax spacers, Adjustable UCA’s, Throttle Command, blue LED interior lights, S&B CAI, emblem blackout kit
I replaced mine with a TRD Pro Valance, both front and rear. You could pull the front one off without removing the bumper but I found it easier just to remove the bumper. On the rear, you have to remove the bumper. The color is not a semi gloss, more of a matte or satin.

You could probably get it wrapped on the vehicle for less than painting it. I had the hood scoop and front cross bar on mine wrapped for 125.00. I have a Pro grill on mine now, but this will give you an idea of what the wrap looks like. You can do satin, mat or even gloss. And if you decide later that you want something else, the wrap just peels off.

Don't understand what you are asking. I suggested vinyl wrapping the valance instead of painting, and posted the pic as an example of a wrap that I did on the hood scoop and the cross bar in the grill.

Oh! got it. I thought you were asking something about the wrap. The bumper is Southern Style Off Road Slimline Hybrid.
