Hello Everyone, I'm reaching out to see if anyone has had and fixed this issue. I'm driving a 2021 ORP.

Everything was working fine last week. Then a couple days ago I go to make a call using voice command and get a message "the phone booth is loading". I've checked the manual, searched this forum and Google and even called my sales guy. I've disconnected and reconnected the phone from both the phone and car, checked all the settings on both...no idea what's up, so reaching out to the collective genius of the forum. Thanks in advance.

Try going into the phone set up in the radio menu, then click the contacts option, then automatic transfer , then click update now. I had the same issue on a customers car the other week and this fixed that.

Thanks Bhouck2309. Unfortunately, this did not fix it. "The phone booth is being loaded." Strange because the contacts do upload from the phone to the car, but the voice command system won't allow me to place a call. I can make a call by pressing a contact, but not hands-free. Next I need to try using a different phone to determine if it's the car or the phone. I use an Android. I'll try with an iPhone as well.

Hello arthurm, I eventually figured out it was my phone, not the car system. I just let it go and after the next android update, all was working again. I've since upgraded my samsang phone and haven't had the issue since. At the same time I was having the issue on an android phone, I tested with an iphone without an issue. Good luck.
