2017 TPMs light

Purchased all four new sensors for my tires.
Got them all mounted and registered.
Computer is reading the sensors and the car is sending all the correct information back to computer. BUT it’s like the car computer isnt telling itself to turn off the light on the dash.

we have tried driving it around =didn’t work

we tried lowering the tire pressure down to 10% on one tire =didn’t work

tried a hard reset on the entire car = didn’t work.

using Autel mx-sensors

im at a loss and i have to have this cleared in order to ship the truck

please help

1. Locate the TPMS reset button (usually on the dashboard or steering column) and follow the instructions in your owner's manual. Press and hold the button until the light blinks a certain number of times, then start the engine

2. Drive the vehicle for 10-30 minutes at 25 mph or faster to allow the sensors to communicate with the system

3. Inflate tires to 3 PSI above the recommended pressure, then deflate them and re-inflate to the correct pressure

Owners manual has a section for resetting the TPMS also.

I’ve noticed the older 4Runners have a reset button and the newer ones go through the deletion on the dashboard. I have zero clue where mine is located. I’ve looked everywhere and through the manual. I have to be over looking something

 

Should be able to toggle the TPMS up on your center screen. Hold the button down until the light blinks. All done with ignition ON but not running. After reset, turn off then start engine.

 

My only options are language,
Units, eco lamp, exit

I just bypassed the light on my 2018. Just manually check your tires every so often.

 

I tried to get on that forum but my password won’t reset. I saw that blue thing that guy said he used to bypass so that it wasn’t a permanent solution. But I can’t comment on it.

 

That forum is a sewer of ads and popups, unfortunately, which makes it unusable.

 

Yea it’s horrible now. I keep locking myself out of the whole site due to my password and can’t request a new one. It’s a mess
