Does anyone carry a Jon boat on their roof rack? I can do a Hobie kayak easily with Hullavator. I suspect Jon Boat maybe too wide for that, but I am hoping with two I can carry it on the roof? It's mostly for ponds within 5-10 miles radius, and I can avoid the highways to get to it.

is there anything I am not considering?

How much does the boat and anything you will transport in it weigh?

It's around 110-130 lbs, depending on what we get. I am honestly new to Jon Boats, I assume I can just carry the trolling motor and battery inside?
