Hello friends, im new here and i have a big question.
I have my 4runner with 35" and normal gear ratio.
I want to put some 4.88 ratio regear kit.
    Its a 2011 sr5 AWD with 4hi and 4Lo.
Whish kit should a buy? If someonde did the same to the same truck and can help me with that. Because there is a lot of kit out there and everyone said that its not for my 4runner.
    Thanks. This is the 4runner.

SHwew 4.88 is a high gear. Do you plan on doing any highway driving? I have 4.56s with 33s and while its nice for a little more grunt it is not the best on the highway. I wish i could have gone with 4.10s. I feel like though its a small change it would be right on for 33s

Welcome from Wisconsin! You're not installing these gears yourself.. are you? Do you have a shop or a mechanic to do this job? If so, they should be able to help you pick out the proper gearing, like the gear ratio, and the proper gears for your install. East Coast Gear Supply (ECGS) is a good place to get gears, diff. parts, lots of choices here, parts people very familiar with Toyota. As long as your there, might as well get the 'clamshell' bushing if it doesn't already have it. Good luck.

I hope this isn't another one post wonder. I mean, with 4 exclamation marks, you'd think there would be some response.

Maybe, but i have this 4runner with this offset for almost 4 years, and never had to chage nothing there (Always taking the Toyo to the mechanic for inspections). I drive a lots in highway and sand dunes, no so much in rocks and crawling stuffs.

If your driving a lot of highways I suggest 4.56s. Stock is 3.73.
