1997 4runner 3.4L high pitched noise

This is my son's 4runner. It's been sitting / not running for months after a ball joint failure. Finally fixed the ball joints and other issues arising from that and started it up for the first time today and noticed this high pitched noise that sounded like it may be coming from the driver's side head area, but not sure. Didn't have much time to diagnose since it's been raining all day and it was about to start again. Any ideas? Thanks.
