Cargo/ski boxes on a TRD-Pro rack

    Not worried about installation. I do that with a ladder. Am wondering about ease of access after it's installed.

    Ah, okay. I do think the Moki step will come in handy when it comes to accessing the box, if you’re 5”4.

    @MR4 do you have any pictures of how you secured the front clamps with zip ties? Also, have you had any problems with the box / zip tie situation since? I'm eyeing this exact box. Thanks very much

    Ended up getting one and do not regret it. Fits like a glove, although the locking mechanism is awkward to access as it is very close to the roof rack.

    Didn't pay too much attention to MPG while using it, guess I should have.

    If you want it for looks: I tested it empty on the highway, went 80 MPH and the box slightly shakes. Full is more secure with less shaking. I also noticed there is barely any wind noise, which is awesome. This carrier is SOLID, very light and easy to clean too. Fits a bunch of camping gear and is really useful for conserving space.

    Thule box bracket don't touch the roof when fully opened. Can't take a fully open pic now since the box is full of cargo.
