    Greetings all .....
I thought I should introduce myself because I am pretty sure I am going to be asking a lot of questions.
So a bit about myself .... I am a disabled female going through a midlife crisis <G>. Seriously, I have fallen in love with the TRD Off-Road Premium which is too big, too impractical, way to expensive for what I can afford, and .... sigh .... it's going to be my next car. <G> I have had (primarily) SUVs since 1983 with a brief foray to a Prius which I loved but was totaled. Just prior to the Prius, I had a 4Runner Limited which I absolutely loved. I am a drive the car until they are dead type of owner so I want a vehicle that is going to last a long time. I am currently driving a Nissan Rogue and it is the first car I have ever contemplated turning in before I kill it (it's really sad when the Nissan service person whisper that I should "go buy a Toyota" ....

So why do I want the Off Road Premium? 1) I feel safe in it 2) it's fun to drive 3) I am hoping to get back into camping/overlanding 4) I want leather seats as I have a Golden Retriever who is obsessed with mud ... leather is much easier to clean 5) I am the person that Murphy interviewed for his laws so if there is an impossible way to get stuck, I'll find it.

I do have to admit that while I love the "old school" look of the non-limiteds, there are a number of modern conveniences that I will miss. Ah well.

    There you have it. <G>
Now I have to find a new job that pays me more so I can afford my new obsession.

I believe it was a 2002 .... I'll have to check .... I don't remember that far back. I know I had a 2005 Prius and I was conned into turning in my 4Runner for the Prius ..... big big mistake on my part. Loved the Prius but it did not compare to the 4Runner (except it got much better gas mileage <G>)
