    I feel like I’ve dug everywhere and can’t locate anything on this.

    My 3VZE 4Runner has a hesitation when cruising under minimal load anywhere between 2k RPM and ~3500RPM, the only time it doesn’t happen is if it is in an attempt to accelerate. Pulling my hair out as I have done fuel filter, fuel pump, lines are clean, new spark plugs, cap, rotor, and wires. I have also noticed recently there is a slight delay before the idle ramps up on a cold start, and am unsure if I should just replace the cold start injector or something else.
