Running lights not working

    My running lights,license plate lights,fog lights are not working. have checked all the fuses and relays. still no luck 2019 TRD Pro. happened when i went to replace the front turn signal bulb.

    Sounds like you might have shorted something out when you replaced the bulb. Take that bulb out, then check fuse 39 with a DVM or text light for continuity.

    I tested all the fuses with the voltmeter making sure they all had continuity which they all tested good. will go try again on fuse 39

    Oooh look, another mod.....
    Did you check both fuse boxes? There are two. One under the hood and one under the dash in the drivers footwell area.

    That was the issue. i never took the fuse out i only tested to see if there was continuity which there was so i just thought the fuse was good. but i removed the fuse like you said (whippersnapper)..Appeciate all the help i would have been going in circles.. for anyone else that runs into this issues always physically take the fuse out to check.
