Oddly, this Marketplace listing doesnt match whats on their website. The VIN is different....

2025 4Runner Limited 4WD. VIN: JTEVA5BR6S5014742; Stock: 014742. Share Vehicle ... Toyota Genuine Parts and serviced by factory-trained Toyota technicians.
    $62,934.00

Well, its not on their website anymore, i assume it sold today after it was listed to Marketplace. BUT it does say they have another one "in stock" i dont have pictures for it though

    https://www.serratoyota.com/invento...mited-4wd-4d-sport-utility-jteva5br6s5014479/

I do like the wide floorboards, but i would have to opt for the auto running boards.

I am not sure if all the Limited are getting those tires but it looks good on them. Definitely going to help them sell looking tough like that. I would slip a set of 305/50-20 Generals AT/X on it and ride out. These things look tough with the color matched flares and all.

Noticed carpeted rubber mats. My 24 came with rubber mats, which saved me having to buy weathertech mats.

Split seam in the upper section of the seat might be a problem, it might make uncomfortable to drive in a t-shirt.

These tires are wasted on Limited, nobody takes these offroad and they are only going to be noisy on a highway.

In that case, they didn't go far enough.

Here is sneak peak of planned mid-cycle refresh for Limited:

Does that seat back seam serve any purpose at all? Or is just there so teenage boys can make jokes all day long?I know my kids would, lol.

And agreed on the carpet mat, even in the suburbs there are enough leaves and stuff around that it will just trap grime and harder to wash out than rubber mats.

I think that is an aesthetic cue only, i cant see any purpose it would serve. Just a way to break up the seat and make it look different.

That seems to be the theme for the entire vehicle.

The seat seam looks like it would be really uncomfortable. There’s a reason why you don’t see seams like that on your couch, recliner, office chair, etc.

Agreed. The body painted fender flares look so much nicer and not “cheap” unlike the weather tec black black fender flares. Man those look hideous and so cheap

Apparently that's what the 6th gen SR5/OR/Pro/Trainhunter buyers want. It's not a regulatory compliance issue so Toyota won't do this if buyers of those trims for the most part don't like it.

SR5 Tacomas have painted fenders and look correct. SR5 4Runners should follow suit.

Unpainted fenders only look good w 33”+ A/T’s. The Corolla wheel/tire setups that Toyota is throwing on SR5 4R’s at the factory look silly. And, a little insulting considering the price.

I have finally started to see 6th gen’s on the road. The black fender flares look terrible. The rest of the vehicle look has grown on me but those flares ruin it all.

I don't think the incoherent rear end will ever grow on me unless they smooth out the bumper lines and color coordinate the bumper cover between corners and at least part of the bumper section below the tailgate. every 6th gen trim right now looks like it got rear ended and they went to a pick-n-pull but only found a cover of different color.

And it's disappointing to hear the rear side glass doesn't give any upward visibility. When outside any glass-metal juncture that faces up, UV Exposure and rain wear out the seals quicker and gunk gather easier. More wear and things to expire when living outside with zero practical benefit from it.

It's just amazing to think that the Toyota 6th gen design team was sitting around looking at the 5th gen and talking about what they needed to "improve" on the 5th gen for the new 4Runner. And someone said "Hey, I know, let's change the body colored painted fender flares to flat gray plastic flares." Sheesh, you would think they should have learned something from those horrible looking gray plastic geometric shaped flares on the early 4th gens.

Or, maybe the discussion was "How can we save a few bucks on the production cost of this vehicle?"
