    Yes to the GOBI payment processing, you order online and as you are doing so you pick a date and time for them to call you, during this call you give them your CC info and you'll get a long winded email explaining the wait ;) then 2-3 months later you'll get a Payment Processed email letting you know you've been charged and your order is on the way. I ordered on Nov 11th 2018 and received ladder on Jan 26th 2019. Get on their mailing list I was able to save some $$ buying on Black Friday...

    Yeah it is more than the Gobi but it says right on that link it ships within a week if you don't want to wait months for a Gobi. I think the C4 has a few different features and accessories also. I have dealt with C4Fab before with my sliders and never needed their customer service because everything lined up and bolted up perfectly. If I ever get a ladder it will most likely be the C4. I like the ledge at the top, the ability to bolt accessories to it, I feel it looks better than the Gobi, and I feel it's a better company than Gobi. Gobi is shady and has a reputation for thinking it should be the only people producing racks.

    Go with what you like, there's a reason so many of us have the GOBI and others choose other brands, I've read all those really really old (4YO) articles and yet I still went with GOBI and like the solid look and not a lot of nuts & bolts. I'm waiting just as long for my RSG sliders (that will be here tomorrow) and again went with what I like.
