4Runner 1997 Power Lock/Window Schematics?

Not sure if these details matter but neighbor has an obvious short on his power window circuit, looking for the most correct schematic for that circuit so I can possibly help him trouble shoot.

Its a 1997 2WD, 3.4L 6 cylinder engine. Doubt most of that has any bearing on the power lock/window wiring but JIC.

He is also reporting that the power locks are not working either not sure if those are coming off the same fuse or if I need to trouble shoot that separately.

First time trying auto wiring/any wiring that isn't aircraft so this will be interesting.

Also he mentioned the sun roof isn't working as well... any help locating the proper schematics would be greatly appreciated.

 

You want the Service Manual which will have the full wiring diagram. You probably will only locate the 2002 ones. Although I think the 1998 ones are floating around too. Search the google.

Alternatively I buy PDFs of Service Manuals off from Ebay for like $15. It's sketchy but have always gotten the download.
