I’m having trouble removing this fog light, is this something that requires special equipment? It’s so tight and doesn’t turn counter clockwise.

What kind of fog light is this and any suggestions ?

2021+ LED headlights and fog lights are non serviceable. You cannot just remove bulb. You have to remove the entire housing.

I haven't looked at my TRD Pro. But on my Limited I had to remove 2 Phillips screws. Then there are 2 plastic tabs holding on the other side.
