The rear left quarter panel under the tail light assembly has been smashed in… twice. So I need suggestions on how I could fix this? I could try bondo filler but the sheet metal is a bit shredded from being fixed once and smashed again in the same spot. Should I cut out and weld in a new panel, if so where would I buy? Looking for cheap fix but open to all ideas.

building a rear bumper and would like to fix the body before I finish with installation of the bumper.

I’ve been looking into this recently, I have the same damaged area on my right side, I’m thinking of cutting out a piece from another 4Runner on sale 4parts on facebook marketplace, there’s a lot people parting out their trucks on there, hope that helps

Buy a replacement panel from a junkyard and have it painted. That's going to be your best, fastest and most headache-free repair.
