Other than what you've written, it depends on location, trim, engine, condition, frame rust, is it 4WD, how quick you want it gone, etc. IMHO it's time to get detail-oriented!

I know there isn't going to be a lot of them rolling around for sale but if you look at older 4Runner listings near you and compare with what you have (or even country-wide since I'm sure folks will travel for the right price) you could probably get a rough idea of where to start and if you have time to burn, you could always shoot a little high and go down later.

Note that mods don't usually increase value, but could for the right person but I would not bank on it.

    Oooh look, another mod.....
This 2006 w/250k miles is selling for $8,774. Now, it doesn't the mods that yours has, but it's in great condition. You stated your ride is in "Fair" body condition, which probably means rust, dents/dings, bad paint and a rough interior.

I'd guess it's worth about $5k. But then again, it's worth whatever someone else is willing to pay for it.

So selling as is? What records for maintenance can be provided with it?
There will be buyers as I found a new home for my 2004 Pilot. Well maintained with very clean body and interior. I offered the log of DIY, dealer and local shops

Major mods are a discount for me. They're someone else's vision/handy work.
