Passenger door rattle - need help

2017 SR5P here, I need help with a rattle that I cannot track down. It seems to be from the passenger front door behind the trim. It starts rattling while driving down the road, at around 20+ mph the road vibrations get it going. I’m 99% confident it’s coming from behind the door trim because if I give the silver grab handle a solid bump by hand it will stop for a little while, but always comes back shortly after.

Took the trim off this weekend to finally replace the lock actuator that died some time ago and also inspected everything underneath while I had it off. The only thing that seemed a possible culprit was a wiring harness mounting clip at the top corner of the door near the mirror, hard mounted on the metal. I could shake it by hand which caused a rattling noise. I secured it down snug with electrical tape to immobilize it and put everything back together. But first test drive after the rattle immediately returned.

I’m at my wits end here, anyone had a similar issue and found the fix?
