Has anyone heard about any great garages used for mods in Denver, CO? I had used Toyotec in the past and heard they changed ownership and things changed for the worse. Thanks!

The expert Hugo is back at Toytec. So maybe we can expect same quality service?

Yes sir. He is now in manager position at Toytec.
He wanted to keep it low key and not hurt R4T sales.

R4T’s customer service had a real drop off since Hugo left. Communication via email has almost been non existent in my experience. They also simply ignore my concerns. I had a tune when I added suspension, UCA’s, wheels and tires. Hugo told me to come back in 6 months so they can run an update. He also recommended that I return to have suspension tweaked after driving it. Those concerns fell on deaf ears. I also ordered parts and was told they were in stock. When I went to pick them up, they were no where to be found. Other parts that were ordered were supposedly in stock then told they weren’t. Left me hanging for several weeks. All I had to do was buy them direct but I already paid for the parts with R4T. Sent several emails and heard nothing about refund. The final issue for me was getting a quote for some skids to be installed. I was told $900! Other shops were quoting half that.
I don’t see myself returning to R4T personally but perhaps others will have better experiences.
