1993 4 Runner Intermittent No Start

    Hello
    Issue: 1993 4 Runner 6 Cylinder Intermittent no start.
    Symptoms: Truck will always start when cold. Sometimes, not always, after running will not start. Turns over fine.
    Code: #12
    Efforts Made: New Cap, Rotor, Spark plugs and wires. Fuel pressure checks normal. Checked ground on Ignitor and Coil Mount. Cleaned grounds and added an additional ground to the mount.
    Notes: Have changed Ignitor with used unit. (New close to $500 USD). The truck will start and run no problem.
    However when the No-Start occurs I can swap the Ignitor with the original and it will start instantly. Then when it happens again, re-install the used unit and bam, instant start. I am stumped. Any advise would be great.
