    ^^^This. I have RCI and have found the key is to let the filter housing drain for a good 5 min. Otherwise the oil will splash back on the skid. If in a hurry, just throw a rag downstream the access panel.

    So why did they remove the 4 bolts and the rear skid instead of the just the access panel for the drain plug?? :confused:

    I asked that same question too back in 2017. IIRC, it was something like, "It's to inspect that area for possible leaks". I knew then it was a bs answer. And after hearing all the impact guns, I made my decision not to argue with the service person or the manager. :frustrated:
    I never went back to that dealer or the one I originally purchased it at.
