Does anybody know what these tubes are ? I noticed them hanging the other day but I do not know where the clips broke off ? Any info would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

There is a clip for them on the frame.

This is a Tacoma but they are in the same place for the Runner.

Breather tubes. Trace them back to see where they originated. Take some pics and the group here will inform as to how to remedy the situation.
Wonder why they are just hanging.
Did you purchase new or used?

I bought the truck new in 2011. The hoses are too short to clip them on by the fuse box. I noticed the hoses were held by clips in two different spots, but both broke off.

See if your local dealership can supply you the clips, if not you can do a breather mod for those and get them high enough so they do not go under water and can continue to do their job…. Breathe
