ECGS Bushing Fixed & Damage Bearing Pic

    TOYTEC 3" Lift
    Replaced a bad needle bearing with ECGS bushing, all noise and vibration FIXED.

    Posting pic of bad needle bearing:

    All the videos others have posted helped greatly. The process is fairly simple, just takes time to get everything aligned correctly.

    Don't forget to top off your diff's fluid while you have everything apart.

    FYI the chunk missing from the bearing cage is damage from the removal process. The needle bearing causes vibration because it's sloppy, not because something broke on the bearing. Is the missing chunk accounted for, or is it still floating in your diff?

    I've seen "needles" broken off of the bearing before.
