Does anyone know where/how LOTS of water could be getting onto the passenger floorboard? I have sealed the sunroof, so it is NOT coming in there. ANY suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you!

My windshield adhesive created a small gap over the years and when my daughter took it camping while it was raining she woke up and the cup holder had water in it, she looked all over and saw the drip from the top of the windshield. My windshield was already cracked so I decided to replace it and when Safelite came out I watched him remove the glass and there was hardly any adhesive at the center of the windshield.

If it is clear water, it is likely a clogged air conditioner drain hose backing up and dripping into the vehicle. The drain hose is typically located on the passenger side, near the firewall. It's a black rubber hose that allows condensation from the A/C system to drain to the exterior. You would have to remove anything in the way to get to where the hose connects, detach it, and try to unclog it with something, coat hanger, stiff wire, compressed air, etc. but be careful not to puncture the hose. I have never done this to a 4runner but an older car.

Here is a video for a Toyota but not 4Runner,
