Pulled over for lights!?

    So I measured 38.5” from the ground to the outside projector so aimed for 36.5” on the wall at the inner cutoff from 25’ away from the wall. Hopefully I got it right but will remeasure again at some point.

    nothing wrong with them running a plate and figuring out who they are contacting before they actually pull you over. A lot of weird info in this thread, maybe the cop was genuinely just pulling OP over because their headlights are bright/aimed too high. Looking for drunks.... Drunks find cops by driving like shit, they don't need to pull people over with headlight issues to find them.
