3rd Row Delete with new trim panels

2020 5th Gen SR5P

Hello All, brand new here. I'm wondering if someone could help me find the correct parts i would need to do this mod. Im looking to to the 3rd row delete BUT ALSO replace the side panels and floor so they all fit to the corrected height. I tried to find the parts on Toyotas website, but I'm having a hard time finding specifically what I need. Hoping someone with more knowledge could help me find the parts i would need to do this. Welcome. It gets quite pricey. I just made my own floor panel.

So I would need to piece it all together? How do I make sure I need all these pieces, that website is quite unintuitive. I’m flyin blind. Anyone want to add a 3rd row and want to trade parts?

 

You can also look into Victory 4x4's third row delete floor. It comes with replacement side panels that cover up the area that previously would have been covered up by the third row seats. I don't have one for a 4Runner but I have one on my GX and it works perfectly. It's about 600 bucks, which has got to be less than OEM parts.

Edit, never mind. Apparently they don't offer it for the third row 4Runner. The GX one should be really close to interchanging but you'd still have to do some custom work on the sides.

 

What you gonna do with your current panels? I am buying a 2018 with a 3rd row and its panels are super scratched and i have been hunting some replacements....

 

@BamaRunner If I found replacements I would happily sell them to you. So far I'm trying to find second hand, at junk yards, etc. no luck.
