04 4Runner GPS connection problem

04 4Runner Limited 4.0 4x4

I have a JBL Navigation system. Radio 86120-35241(cd, cassette and nav. Unit #17010. It says no antenna connected and all of the satellite info is zeros. If I set the location manually it will hold for a fews days, then it wonders off across a field somewhere. Had the head unit out and everything is connected. On the back of a 86120-35241 it does not have a connector for the GPS, it does have 2 antennas 1 large and 1 small. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
