    Hello 4runner community,

    We recently added the 2019 TRD Pro 4runner to our Toyota overland garage (1991 Land Cruiser LJ78 Prado, Turbo Diesel, Right-hand drive, Japan direct import) and are thrilled to be part of this amazing and knowledgeable community.

    We are looking forward to sharing our journeys and learnings as we begin to build out the 4runner for overland adventures. We enjoy off-grid travel with our 2 pups, paddle boarding, and developing our culinary skills on the great outdoors.

    Our first step in converting the stock TRD Pro into a fulltime overland rig is to adapt our existing Front Runner Rack, Awning and Gordi Gear RTT from the Land Cruiser.

    Gotcha, I’m up in Walnut Creek. I’m with you though on building out the 4R. I’ve got a 2017 ORP with OME, BFG AT KO2’s, drawers, fridge, RTT, roof rack, compressor and sooner or later, the snorkel.
