My 2015 4runner through the CEL with code P0012 the day after I had an oil change done. Brought it back and they said it was a faulty filter that was not sitting correctly and was crumpled or something. Got it back and light was gone. Ran fine (limited use) for the next 5 days. Drove about 150 miles this morning and CEL came back on with the TRAC OFF light as well. Seems to be driving OK though. Is it too dangerous to drive the 3hrs back from my job site today, after it sits while I'm working all day? Any ideas where to start with finding the issue on why it would throw this code AND the trac off light?

Stop at an auto parts store and have them pull the code related to the CEL. I'm pretty sure you'll find your answer. I don't think driving it will be an issue, but I would want to know for peace of mind.
