Do any of you have any experience with the Ironman Foam Cell suspension? My brother has them on his LC100 and they seem legit! I have some Icon 2.0 remote-reservoir coilovers and 2.0 out back an the back is fine after replacing but the front was only good back in 2013 when I first purchased them. I have had them rebuilt at 40k miles and they only lasted about 15k before they just make me angry how often I seem to miss the super-fine print stating they need rebuilds every 15k! WTH?! Ha! Race trucks need race budgets, for sure!

I've been eyeing these Ironman suspension setups more and they seem like they' be an upgrade for just the fact that to rebuild them, the user can do it easily. What's your thoughts on these?

I replaced my stock suspension about 10k miles ago, this spring, and I am happy with them.

I have them on my Limited. Mine is set at 2.25in front and 1.5in rear coils. But don't have any long term data or any trail time. I've only driven on gravel roads. For the short amount of miles I have on them very happy with the ride quality. The ride quality is better than TRD Pro Fox shocks both on road and gravel roads. On a non scientific visual test climbing on a rock the Ironman FCP had more flex than TRD Pro Fox.

I'm liking what I'm reading! Thanks everyone!

Did you need to remove your way bars to get everything to fit? Has anyone tried their panhard bar to square up the rear, too?

I didn't want to comment as I'm no expert. Me and my buddy did remove the front swaybar. After coilovers install we did install the sway bar correction kit included. Didn't do anything with panhard bar. It was my first time and last install. LoL. I'm going to let a shop do installs if I need in future.

But please check with an expert and watch a good video if you do it your self.

Thanks for the feedback. I've done all my installs myself and am savvy enough to do so, though, it takes about x3 longer than my head always thinks :p

I used the panhard bar and currently do not have sway bar on.

I spent a week driving through the Smoky mountains this summer, few hundred miles off road. And have taken it off road with some tacos. I also spend a week or more on logging roads, and it took that abuse like a champ. My lift came in just under 3 inches, little more than I wanted, but I plan to add weight beyond the RTT that I have.

Its very nice Ironman FCP kit comes with panhard bar for KDSS models so it doesn't collide with the KDSS ram bracket.

I stuggled to find info about iron on 4runners, but it seemed in the lexus world folks like it, so I went with it. Seemed better than having to rebuild some of the other high end shocks. And the Bilstiens I was looking at, seemed to have lots of leaking reviews.
