Icon 2.5 series on 5Gen - bushing confusion

I am trying to figure out what sort of bushing I need to order to fix the squeek at the back... I noticed that the company that did a rebuilt 10k ago did not bother to replace them, so another labor hours over what should be an extra $10 replacement part...





It's pissing me off, but that's how the scene looks like in the Middle East - if you don't do it yourself, nobody would care. I wish we had laws and shops like everywhere else...

Anyhow, Icon has never replied to any of my support emails, so I won't even waste time this time (are they always like that or do they have some other aftersales support option that I don't know about?) - I need to ask the community before I order anything.

Can anyone tell me what's the deal with their bushing kits?

Medium Duty? Heavy Duty? RTX? Same picture, different numbers 611006, 611007, 611008?Which ones do I need to fix here?
