Stuck front driver caliper

    So drove old 99 yota on ramp 4wd manual, brake stuck. Go to bleed it off from the line due to bleeder being rounded down. Breaks line, replaced metal, and rubber lines, caliper and rotor and still seizes when pressure is applied let's off over time or if you bleed the pressure off. ABS block or master cylinder??
